Insurance (Rental Cars)

Standard Insurance (compulsory) - NZ$14.00 per day

With an excess of NZ$750 for drivers over 25 years (NZ$1000 for drivers of 21 to 24 years, GST included) for any one damage. A credit card imprint is sufficient. This insurance option is capped at 50 rental days or NZ$700 per hire.

Standard Insurance plus Tyre & Windscreen Cover - NZ$21.00 per day

As per the above but with additional tyre/windscreen cover. No excess applies to damaged tyres or the windscreen. A credit card imprint for the bond is sufficient. This insurance option is capped at 50 rental days or NZ$1050 per hire.

Full Cover Insurance - NZ$28.00 per day

The all inclusive option will reduce the excess for any vehicle to NZ$100.00 ($250 for drivers 21 to 24 years). Includes cover for all damages (including overhead & underbody damages), compulsory standard insurance and windscreen/tyre cover. This insurance option is capped at 50 rental days or NZ$1400 per hire.

Insurance (Koru Campervans)

Standard Insurance (compulsory) - NZ$20.00 per day

Standard insurance carries an excess of NZ$1500 for drivers over 25 years (NZ$2000 for drivers of 21 to 24 years, GST included) for any one damage. A credit card imprint is sufficient. This insurance option is capped at 50 rental days or NZ$1000 per hire.

Standard Insurance plus Tyre & Windscreen Cover - NZ$30.00 per day

Includes standard insurance with additional tyre/windscreen cover. No excess applies to damaged tyres or windscreen. A credit card imprint for the bond is sufficient. This insurance option is capped at 50 rental days or NZ$1500 per hire.

Full Cover Insurance - NZ$40.00 per day

The all inclusive option will reduce the excess for any one vehicle accident to NZ$250.00 (NZ$500 for drivers 21 to 24 years). Includes cover for all damages (including overhead & underbody damages), compulsory standard insurance and windscreen/tyre cover.
